Had an awesome breakfast this morning.
Hit up the ole Nutri Bullet
with some frozen mixed berries
and a big scoop of Rich Chocolate Protein Powder.
So rich and creamy!!
You know, you can also put this
in a glass container
(as opposed to plastic)
and put it in the freezer
for a snack later on.
 
But I couldn't wait.
POWER UP!!

  1. Some of my colleagues at work make these, but I just haven't got 'into' them yet.
    I've had a lovely catch-up on your posts and had to smile at the girls painting the pumpkins. That's what I did last year when I visited my grandsons on the other side of the country at Hallowe'en - then this year they've asked their mum if they can do like they 'did with Nana'. Lots of fun!
